The Internship program we offer aims to give young student researchers a first-hand impression of carrying out academic research in the field of Tamil NLP. Students could select an interested project from our list of projects and start working as a full time intern for the duration of 6 months. This program is for students studying in universities in their 3rd year who are passionate and seeking for a possible placement to gain experience in academic research. The number of internships depends on the number of total applicants and funds that could be secured.
Benefits to Interns
- As part of the team, interns would be working directly with outstanding and inspiring career professionals and senior scholars, while they will be exposed to conferences, participate in meetings.
- Interns would receive a monthly stipend.
- If interns perform well during the program they will be given the chance to join us as full time researchers.
